Mattijs Wentinck is an Amsterdam based director.

As a director, he has a passion for stylized narratives. He loves a subtle darker tone in a rich textural environment. For him movement is everything. He prefers a camera that moves actively throughout the world of the story. 

At the University of Amsterdam he obtained two Masters of Arts in Film Studies and Art History.
